Remove User Account

Please use this section of our portal to request to disable users from your account with us. This form will automatically log a support request with our support desk. Once you submit the form you will receive a confirmation email. As with all our services the removal of users will require the notice period as per contract.

*Note: Removing multiple users simultaneously may incur a moderate cost. Adding a user back on afterwards will incur a moderate cost.
*Note: As our per user prices are scalable (from our suppliers), reducing users will most likley result in the per user prices going up if you go below the amount of users in your original contract.
